Using M2 as an example：

The molybdenum (Mo) content is stabilized between 4.5–5.5%, tungsten (W) between 5.5–6.75%, vanadium (V) between 1.75–2.20%, and chromium (Cr) between 3.8–4.4%. These key alloying elements play a vital role in high-speed steel. Mo and W effectively enhance the red hardness, allowing the material to maintain high hardness even in high-temperature environments, meeting the demands of high-speed cutting and other high-temperature operations. V significantly improves the wear resistance of the flat stock, extending its service life in high-wear applications. High Hardness: Through advanced vacuum quenching and low-temperature tempering processes, the surface hardness of our high-speed steel flat can reach up to 63–65 HRC. Moreover, we strictly control the hardness consistency of each batch, with minimal fluctuations (≤±2 HRC) within the same batch. We use professional hardness testing equipment, such as the Rockwell hardness tester HR-150A, to conduct random sampling tests for each batch-30 samples per batch-ensuring the accuracy and reliability of hardness data.

1. Strict Tolerance Range

We fully understand the importance of dimensional accuracy for downstream processing customers. Therefore, during the production process, we implement strict control over the thickness, width, and length tolerances of high-speed steel flats. The standard thickness range is 5–50 mm, with a tolerance of ±0.03 mm; the width range is 50–300 mm, with a tolerance of ±0.1 mm; and the length can be customized within the range of 2–6 m according to customer requirements. This high-precision dimensional control enables customers to reduce cutting volume and waste generation during subsequent processing, improving material utilization and lowering machining costs. For example, in the blade manufacturing industry, customers can directly cut materials based on the dimensions of our flats, reducing machining steps such as milling and grinding, thereby enhancing production efficiency.

2. Exceptional Flatness

In addition to tight tolerance control, our high-speed steel flats also exhibit outstanding flatness. The flatness of the product is ≤0.5 mm/m, meaning that within every meter of length, the warping of the flat does not exceed 0.5 mm. This characteristic is particularly significant for applications with extremely high flatness requirements, such as the grinding of high-precision cutting tools or stamping dies for electronic component manufacturing. It effectively prevents machining inaccuracies caused by flat deformation, ensuring the quality of the final product.

Therefore, we have established long-term and stable cooperation agreements with well-known Chinese steel mills such as Qingshan Iron and Steel and Heye to ensure that the raw materials we purchase are all high-quality high-speed steel billets. Each batch of raw materials is accompanied by a material certificate provided by the steel mill, which details the chemical composition and performance indicators of the raw materials, ensuring product quality from the source. We firmly eliminate the use of secondary refrigeration materials to ensure the purity and performance stability of the product. We can show customers the material certificate provided by raw material suppliers to let customers understand the high-quality sources of our raw materials.
