Zhejiang Jinyun Hanli Saws Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Huzhen Town, the "Machine Tool Town" of Jinyun County. The company covers an area of 30 acres and employs over 150 people.
As a modern enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, and trade, the company focuses on "new processes, new materials, and new forms" as its technological core. Its main products include special steel materials for air-conditioning compressor components, automotive core parts, steering pumps, nuclear power, aerospace equipment, as well as high-speed steel circular saw blades and grinding machines.
The company primarily produces the "LTH" brand special steel materials, with the thinnest thickness of 0.4mm, maximum width of 40mm, thickness variation of 0.02mm, thickness tolerance of ±0.02mm, width tolerance of ±0.04mm, single-coil weight up to 300kg, and straightness of 1m/1.5mm. The materials can be delivered with a bright surface finish. As the only domestic product in the high-end special steel sector that breaks international monopolies, it meets the demand for unmanned and digital continuous production.
The high-speed steel circular saw blade is the first product mass-produced by the company since 2000, and it now ranks among the top three globally in production capacity, exporting to over 20 countries. The independently developed intelligent grinding machine series holds multiple invention patents and has been recognized as a "First Set of Major Technical Equipment" in Zhejiang Province. It dominates the domestic high-end market and is exported to more than 10 countries.
With an in-house R&D system, the company owns 15 patented technologies and has been honored as a National High-Tech Enterprise, a Provincial R&D Center, and a drafting unit for the national standard of high-speed tool steel precision thin plates. It serves as a Tier 1 or Tier 2 supplier for many domestic automakers. For every 10 domestically produced cars equipped with hydraulic power steering pumps, seven use the company's special steel materials. Product Development and Design
In response to the individualized demands of products such as saw blades, steel plates, and special-shaped steels, we provide a full-process development service from "demand analysis to prototype realization", transforming client concepts into mass-producible precision products.
(1) Demand Diagnosis and Scheme Design
Based on the client's application scenarios (such as the materials cut by the tool, the working environment of the blade, and the running accuracy of the track), we conduct material selection, structural design (such as the tooth shape of the saw blade, the cross-section of the special-shaped steel, and the arc of the blade), and define performance parameters (such as hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance indicators).
(2) Prototype Development and Test Verification
We quickly produce prototype parts and conduct performance tests, providing detailed test reports and iterating and optimizing based on feedback.
(3) Mass Production Process Solidification
We output mass production process documents (including rolling parameters, processing steps, and quality inspection standards) to ensure dimensional accuracy and performance stability during batch production; at the same time, we support small-batch trial production to help clients verify market feedback before expanding production.
Heat Treatment Processing
Relying on a complete set of advanced equipment and a senior technical team, we offer customized heat treatment services. By precisely controlling the microstructure of materials, we maximize the key performance of special steel products such as hardness, toughness, and wear resistance. This includes vacuum quenching, salt bath tempering, annealing, and cryogenic processing.
Full-process quality control: We use metallographic microscopes to detect grain size and hardness testers for multi-point testing to ensure performance uniformity.
Extended Services
Beyond core processing, we provide extended services such as drilling, cutting, and surface treatment to reduce subsequent processes for clients and achieve "direct assembly of finished products", lowering overall costs.
(1) Precision Drilling Processing
We offer laser drilling and CNC drilling for saw blade bodies, micro linear guide base materials, and straight bars.
(2) Customized Cutting and Forming
Saw blade cutting: We can cut into circular and annular shapes as required and deburr the edges.
Steel plate/special-shaped steel cutting: We offer fixed-length cutting and special-shaped cutting, such as cutting positioning slots for track base materials, eliminating the need for secondary processing by clients.
(3) Surface Treatment
Saw blades can be provided with coating services as required; steel plates and special-shaped steels can be provided with sanding services.
