1.HSS VAPO CIECULAR SAW BLADE:
It produces a layer of iron oxdie (Fe3O4) on the surface , which increases the wear - resisting and increases the overall life . Suitable for general cutting work

2. HSS TIN CIECULAR SAW BLADE:
This is an excellent PVD coating for protecting saw blades form wear , which is a good choice for iron based materials and cutting conditions requiring resistance to both abrasive and adhesive wear .

3.HSS TICN CIECULAR SAW BLADE:
TICN is a " high performance " PVD coating suitable for severe abrasive wear cutting conditions. Recommended for high tensile strength materials above 800N/mm2 and stainless steel .Responds very favorably to high speed and feed rates. Coating thickness 0.003mm.

4.HSS TIALN CIECULAR SAW BLADE:
TIALN is a new multi - layer wear protection PVD coating. Recommended for high tensile strength materials above 800N/mm2and stainless steel. Responds very favorably to high speed and feed rates as well as extreme working conditions like dry cutting

5.HSS CRAL CIECULAR SAW BLADE:
The CRAL coating has been comprehensively upgraded on the basis of the traditional TiALN, ensuring a lifespan increase of over 30%. It is recommended for cutting high-strength steel.
